A small shortfall shouldn’t stop an essential purchase.
MEM Cash is an AI-powered embedded finance layer that enables licensed financial partners to cover only the amount missing at checkout — in seconds.
Pre-seed · Functional technical prototype · European pilot pathway
Access to finance is not the same as financial resilience.
Digital finance has expanded dramatically. Yet everyday purchases can still fail for a very simple reason: the customer is just a little short at the moment of payment.
Public indicators: World Bank Global Findex 2025 and ADP Research, People at Work 2025.
See the MEM Cash logic in real time.
Enter the purchase amount and the balance available. MEM Cash calculates the shortfall and applies the existing product logic. The calculator below uses the original MEM Cash widget code.
Change the numbers.
Try a purchase and an available balance. The result updates immediately.
02Change loyalty level.
The existing 90-day transaction logic controls the loyalty level and available modes.
03Switch language or currency.
The multilingual controls and EUR / AMD / USDT options remain active.
From declined payment to completed purchase.
MEM Cash is designed to intervene only at the moment a small eligible shortfall appears — then disappear back into the payment flow.
Purchase starts
The customer initiates an eligible essential purchase.
→Shortfall detected
MEM Cash identifies the exact amount missing at checkout.
→Request evaluated
The Checkout Rescue Agent coordinates scoring, categorization, fraud and compliance checks.
→Partner funds the gap
Where approved, a licensed financial partner provides the capital and bears credit risk.
→The sale completes
The customer receives the essential purchase. The SME keeps the sale.
See the idea in motion.
Two short videos add context beyond the calculator: the core product explainer and the live FINTECH360 presentation in Yerevan.
Keep the sale. Keep the customer.
A declined payment affects both sides of the checkout. MEM Cash is designed to resolve a small shortfall without asking the merchant to become a lender.
One small gap can be the difference between abandonment and a completed purchase.
For supermarkets, pharmacies, transport operators, kiosks and everyday service providers, continuity matters more than another credit product.
Complete more transactions
Turn eligible balance shortfalls into completed purchases.
Reduce checkout friction
Resolve the problem directly at the point of payment.
Serve vulnerable customers
Support underbanked and financially fragile users without changing the merchant's role.
Integrate simply
A lightweight embedded layer designed for existing payment and financial ecosystems.
Where financial vulnerability meets digital readiness.
Potential demand is not simply a map of poverty. The use case strengthens where low financial resilience overlaps with an environment in which small digital transactions can actually be executed.

Architecture of an instant checkout rescue.
The public experience stays simple. Underneath, MEM Cash connects the checkout signal, agentic decisioning, responsible-finance rules and a licensed financial partner into one flow.
Checkout interface
A lightweight PWA / merchant integration designed for low-friction use across existing payment environments.
- PWA / NFC / QR pathways
- Merchant checkout context
- Low-friction product UX
Agentic intelligence
The Checkout Rescue Agent coordinates specialized functions rather than relying on one monolithic decision engine.
- Context & categorization
- Alternative scoring
- Fraud / risk checks
- Eligibility & verification
Responsible-finance rules
Decisioning is constrained by product guardrails designed around a small, useful intervention.
- Essentials only
- Exact shortfall amount
- Repeat-use controls
- Debt-trap prevention
BaaS partnership
MEM Cash is designed to operate within a Banking-as-a-Service partnership model, not as a balance-sheet lender.
- Licensed partner capital
- KYC / AML framework
- Local regulatory rails
- Credit-risk ownership
Transaction completion
Once approved and funded by the financial partner, the missing amount is routed back into the purchase flow.
- Payment processor / local rails
- Fast settlement pathway
- Completed essential purchase
MEM Cash provides the technology layer
AI orchestration and the embedded checkout experience remain on the MEM Cash side.
- Checkout Rescue Agent
- Decision-support logic
- Risk / fraud technology
- Merchant integration
- Ethical guardrails
- Scalable infrastructure
Licensed financial partners provide the regulated layer
The partner remains the provider of regulated lending infrastructure and capital.
- Capital
- Lending licence
- KYC / AML
- Credit policy
- Credit-risk ownership
- Local compliance
The initial checkout failure signal can originate through the payment-processing layer. Where available, PSD2 / Open Banking APIs can enrich MEM Cash with account history, alternative-scoring signals, repayment workflows and account-verification capabilities. This lets the architecture support card-based payment environments without making Open Banking a prerequisite for the core checkout-rescue trigger.
One fixed micro-fee. Not a percentage of the loan.
The service fee is localized by market but remains fixed for the transaction. MEM Cash does not earn more simply because the customer needs a larger shortfall covered.
Typically $0.15–$0.25 equivalent per successful transaction.
The fee is set for the market and does not scale with the microcredit amount. That keeps pricing transparent and separates MEM Cash economics from percentage-based consumer lending.
Localized fixed fee
Typical service-fee range per successful transaction, adjusted by country / market.
Technical transaction cost
Target infrastructure / processing cost at scale.
Transaction-level margin
Illustrative unit-economics margin at the platform transaction level.
Fee growth with loan size
The MEM Cash platform fee itself is not percentage-based.
Transaction-level margin is not net profit or EBITDA and is shown before broader operating, funding, partner, compliance, acquisition and other company-level costs.
Help with today's shortfall without creating tomorrow's problem.
Financial inclusion should not mean indiscriminate access to debt. The product logic is built around the smallest useful intervention at the moment it is needed.
Essentials first
Use is restricted to defined essential categories.
Exact amount
The system does not automatically finance more than the payment shortfall.
Debt-trap prevention
Eligibility and repeat-use logic are designed to limit inappropriate borrowing.
Regulated partnership
Capital and lending remain with licensed financial institutions.
Built, tested and preparing for pilot.
The site separates what exists today from targets and modelled outcomes. That distinction is intentional: credibility matters more than inflated traction language.
Pre-seed
MEM Cash is currently an early-stage fintech technology project with a functional prototype.
Technical prototype
The multi-agent product logic and real-time transaction flow have been developed and tested.
Open Banking ready, not dependent
Open Banking can enrich scoring and repayment workflows, while the core checkout-rescue trigger can operate through payment-processing integrations.
European pilot
Pilot pathway: Lithuania / Europe, subject to funding, partner readiness and final implementation requirements.

Financial dignity can depend on a very small amount.
Sometimes the difference between a failed transaction and a completed essential purchase is not hundreds. It is three. Five. Ten.
MEM Cash is being built for those moments.
Build the next layer of inclusive payments with us.
We are interested in conversations with institutions that can help turn a technical prototype into regulated, measurable real-world deployment.
